Parents with
children birth to 8 years old and single
adults can finish high school or earn their GED. Adult
students receive home visits and take part in center
activities that include use of computer labs. Computer
classes are available, too! In cooperation with local
high schools, a special option exists for pregnant
mothers who want to stay in school. In addition to adult
literacy skills, students may take parenting education
classes, parent-child literacy activities and early
childhood education. Home visits and center activities
take place throughout the three-county area.
